[第一郡 Q.1] Le Corto ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

在寫網誌之前，先交代一下發財之名從何而來，

20 年前～在一個風雨交加的跨年夜～

那年 . . . 故事是這樣的

認識了我生命中最重要的朋(酒肉)友(朋友)，也就此結交了20年

讓我遇上了小說裡出現的那種，平常不需要一起花天酒地

但是任何時候，只要有需要，隨時可以給(一)對(起)方(搞)支(腐)持(敗)的摯友。

講重點：在某個又是風雨交加的中秋夜

我外派工作進入第二年，在某藍底白字F開頭的一社群軟體，

出現了『發財，中秋快樂，東南西北中，在此祝你生日快樂 @北投亮亮家』

從此發財正式成為桌上乾泳的第六咖，東南西北中『發』白的發財

It is my 3rd year in Vietnam already.

However, still never had a chance to try the French Cuisine.

Today, finally, I went to Le Corto a French restaurant at District 1.

C'ést ma première fois trying French cuisine in Vietnam.

The restaurant is also well decorated and is like a lounge bar that open in the evening.

The A/C seems not function correctly today, the A/C was leaking water drops at several area on the second floor.

Besides that, the food here at Le Corto is overwhelmingly delicious.

We also found the waitress here also speaks French fluently.

Therefore, there are also lots of customer here are french.

Le Corto is a French restaurant and they serve set menu and Sunday Brunch Buffet.

VND 650K / Pax (around USD 28) EXCLUDE DRINKS!!!

For me the food quality and the options here comparing the price at French restaurant is out of expectation.

I'll say Le Corto also becomes my primary choice here of French cuisine in HCM.

來了越南也第3年了，倒是第一次在越南吃法國料理，

畢竟對法國料理的刻板印象就是：貴、吃不飽、要吃很久

就是個花錢找罪受的想法，造成我3年了還沒吃到呀～～～

不過這次只花了我1000大洋的台幣就搞定

而且還是料好實在的法國菜吃到飽耶～

你說你說 這種好康的料理 走過路過 發財怎能錯過？！

Little tips here, if you prefer to enjoy the real french brunch.

Recommend to take the seat at ground floor. 

As there's no further room for buffet plate. Therefore, the walking, talking and noise only at 2nd floor.

However, if you are same with Phatsai, who came for brunch not targeting on chatting...

Then 2nd floor is the prime choice which is close to where the appetizer and some cheese plate at.

週日才有的Brunch buffet 喔

除了直接陳列在餐廳的開胃菜冷盤外

菜單上提供熱食，但是基本上就是個法國菜節奏

雖然是無限量的點，經過我們六個gossip girls的精密計算

基本上點一輪就是要等1小時，

從11點開始供餐到下午3點，最多就是4輪，不多也不少

正常人不會先點甜點，都是先點熱食

也就是說最後一輪要保留給甜點，再扣掉一輪Max 3輪

好大氣呀 all you can eat實際上就是法國菜的節奏 頂多吃上3輪 餐廳絕不虧

而且吃法國菜，誰會去催菜呀！一催下去 不就Low掉了嗎！

所以這點常識我們也還是有的，只好拼命的吃開胃菜，所以第1輪主菜上完

大家也都飽了...基本上吃到第2輪 我們就決定可以開始上甜點了...

Bruch buffet is at Sunday only.

The main course is full of selection from Foie gras ravioli, fish pasta, striploin steak, see bass, lamb shoulder and seafood plate.

All from the well known french cuisine bible.

The dessert here we've tried.

Well... I can only say we are not here for dessert and so do most of the visitors here.

Therefore, not quite recommended.

Drinks here are excluded from the buffet.

There's a separate drink menu, served with red wine, white wine, cocktails, whiskey, soft drinks, fresh juice, coffee and tea.

Plenty if options here. See the picture of the HOT A LA CARTE.

Honestly speaking the decor on the dish... not as impressive as expected.

However, comparing to the price I'll give it 4 stars.

(STOP saying my standard is not even at the average... 

Je suis en Asie. Coût et valeur, c'est ce que le marché asiatique se soucie!)

老實說上面那層泡泡並沒有給我比較好的食慾...XD

開胃菜冷盤區

Appetizer area

Vietnamese style spring row.

越式春捲與法式沙拉開胃菜

Asparagus and boiled chicken chest.

蘆筍與雞胸肉非常清爽，滿滿的一整把的蘆筍超級清脆解膩

Seafood area

Fresh oyster and shrimps

任任道：西富是不是師父？（好fashion呀~)

新鮮生蠔以及超大隻的大頭蝦（超甜的）

Meat area

肉食動物取餐區

這個肋排，可惜了，如果熱熱的吃，多好呀

Ribs are cooked at a European way.

It taste a lot better than the American way.

Slightly dressing with rib source instead of thick source dressing glueing on the meat.

However, it will be a lot better if we can have the ribs heat up first...

難得來吃法國料理，總不能拿的跟大嬸一樣尖尖一大盤吧

當然也要跟貴婦一樣 美美的擺的漂漂亮亮的呀

吃到四盤才等到我們的第一份熱食呀

你說說這法國菜 實在不是我們這群女工的菜呀

一小時就4盤 辛辛苦苦才等來熱食呀～

When in Rome do at Roman's do.

We do enjoy a lot of girls talk here during the meal.

Try not to focus on the speed of french restaurant style for serving main course.

By the way, one of the best part of the cuisine here.

Which is the Bread!

It taste a lot better than the French cuisine I've tried in TW or Paris.

So i will definitely come back again.

Mmm那個起士 吃起來很有奶油的口感...有點膩

餅皮有點過甜...還是...七郡的IMD cafe裡的cheese cake好吃些
