一直覺得在越南吃不到海南雞飯，
有點懷念小時候在台北一度很流行的新加坡雞婆雞飯，
每次到第五郡總是去吃民益火鍋，
總算這一次吃到了我盯很久的『東源雞飯』啦
順道來個簡單的越南文教學
Cơm 就是飯的意思
Gà 就是雞的意思
Cơm Gà 就是雞肉飯啦（越南文就是要把主食放前面，飯雞、麵海鮮、爐羊肉）
不會念？發財教你～ 更M嘎(ㄍㄚˇ) 對à 那個不是四聲的音調，是三聲的音調哦！
奇怪了越南文不是很多音調嗎？ 對，很多音念了三聲之後，差異就是長長短短還有後面收尾音的差異
你沒來上越文課 發財很難一次跟你解釋清楚，照上面念就對了

Called "Com Ga Dong Nguyen"
The rice taste like south east flavor.
Mixed with chicken oil and steam together.
Taste just wonderful.
Very simple cuisine but taste bring back my childhood memories.
Nope... I'm not going to talk about too much about my childhood.
But I'll give a brief intro about simple Vietnamese here.
"Com" means Rice.
"Ga" means chicken.
"Com ga" means chicken with rice.
Main course in asia is not about the meat.
Is about rice and noodles.
In Vietnam, we say Rice with chicken, noodle with seafood, hotpot with crab...,etc.

在菜單上認不出他來，以至於一個都沒點到...
為什麼會沒點到？因為這次是跟幾位越南好朋友來點的，所以點不了幾道菜，
眾所皆知，越南人就是腰叟ㄋㄟ捧喀噌頂叩叩，
不是啦～吃很少 吃很少 吃很少！很認真所以要說三次
有多麼少？等等上菜的時候再跟各位報告

老闆很用心，餐具都有用塑膠套包起來，感覺不像一般的大排檔餐館

他的量...根本就是嘉義火雞肉飯那小小一碗的量
把他放平而已，但是卻超級好吃，有多好吃
我十分鐘內吃了兩碗油雞飯...真的不誇張，都把旁人嚇傻了...
不過飯就是新加坡油雞飯的那種...偏乾但是粒粒分明的那種飯

That is a traditional one.
But for me the proportion will be more like an appetizer.
If you want to have a full meal probably need order one more main course.
As all you may know, Vietnamese don't eat too much on the regular meal.
They more focus on dessert, drinks, and fruits.
Very healthy... (not my type...)

Just USD 22 for dinner. My Vietnamese friends said they are all pretty full after the main course...

If you ask, I will definitely come back again.
It really taste very good. Simple flavor and reminds me the days back to my hometown.
