這次連假9/1 -9/3 總算是跑了一個夢寐以求一直想去看看的地方，

大叻 Dalat 一個離胡志明市大約300公里左右的地方

三天連假會選擇去大叻，除了距離較近之外，

就是被 Google的美圖騙去了～

來來來大家來評評理，看看下面這張照片！會不會想要立馬奔去？

為了下面這張照片，我就跑到照片上的湖邊去住了兩晚

不過確實湖邊的景色很美，只是...我忘記了本人身高不到180cm...

外加沒有$$租直昇機...想當然爾...看到的就不是下面這番景色啦～

不過還是蠻推薦在胡志明打工的大家，有機會的話，

確實可以來這個天空之城走走晃晃

三天兩夜放鬆的行程，相信也會讓人在這個慢步調的城市忘卻煩惱

Finally complete one task on the list.

I made it to Dalat - A beautiful place near by HCM.

Dalat is about 300 KM from HCM.

Ho Chi Minh city is a plain land. And not easy to have mountain climbing activities.

So I'm very exited that I finally find a backyard here to do some exercise.

Travel for me. Should be relaxing especially with good friend accompany.

So we didn't arrange too much travel spot. (Actually Dalat is not big though.)

Still wondering why there's a milk brand here in Vietnam called Dalat, while there's no milk farm here?

Anyway, forget about milk. The key photos that attract me is the following picture.

Isn't that charming?

I've been looking forward to visit Dalat for a long time.

A beautiful city with waterfalls, mountains, cloud and beautiful buildings.

A short travel, just chill and get rid of all the annoying stuff.

I will definitely back for the mountains and lake again.

度假總是要輕鬆點，自從上次去了趟柬埔寨坐了12個多小時的旅遊巴士

回來腸胃病了一整個月，

就一直告訴自己再也不要在東南亞國家這麼疲勞轟炸自己了

不過基於實在好久沒出門走走了

決定這次還是想要遊車河的一路開上山

所以就租了台小車400萬（約5000台幣）三天兩夜

包含三天兩夜油錢(約700多公里上下)、Vios車子一台、司機一名、司機住宿、司機三餐、過橋費、停車費，兩個人分，人均才2500台幣呀！

老實說發財覺得... 超划算！！！

畢竟平常沒有專屬司機，偶爾也可以有個隨招隨來的司機，難得大爺的感覺真的很開心～

果然...有錢就是任性，肯花錢就是大爺->的扭曲心態偶爾為之還是挺開心的

(小朋友不要學呀！這是不對的，人生還是要樸實點才好，有錢不是萬能的)

We rent a car and all the way to Dalat.

Took us around 3 hours get to Bat Luc and we stay around 2 hours at Bao Luc.

Take a break at a coffee shop called Photo & Bike Cafe.

It's a beautiful place that gives a view of Bao Luc valley.

Mountain, cloud and trees with a cup of tea.

Having some coffee, drinks and ice cream.

Relax and enjoy the view here.

We planned to go to "Chùa linh quy pháp ấn"

However, when we get there, found that the car cannot access.

We have to go by moto bike.

And I'm not really a big fan of moto bike especially on a yellow ground so we skip this one and save for next time. XD

由於要坐摩托車才能到達Chùa linh quy pháp ấn這個景點，黃土飛揚的狀況下就直接跳過前往下一處了，

在保祿的咖啡店歇腳之後，已到了午餐時間，因此回到保祿市區，尋找網路上的小吃名店，

可惜已倒閉，就不在此介紹了，朋友說想試試看螃蟹紅薯粉Banh Canh Cua

所以就挑了一家看起來算乾淨的店家，走進去試試囉～

抱著踩地雷的心態進去，沒想到還不錯吃呢～

We couldn't find the Vietnamese local style BBQ with rice.

Therefore, we choose the Banh Canh Cua for lunch at Bao Luc after taking a short break.

Banh Canh is a traditional Vietnamese noodle, kind of like thick cake soup that made by tapioca flour.

The noodle is a bit chewy and taste a bit sweet.

Cua in Vietnamese means Crab.

So literally it's Crab thick noodle soup.

So the 1st one, you can choose Banh Can with crab, shrimp or fish.

the 2nd one is pork leg.

the 3rd one is Dac Biet. It means special. (Same pronunciation like Mandarin -特別)

What is Dac Biet? Mix all together that you can try everything at the same time.

Only 5,000 VND difference!!! (around 20 cents!!!)

So number 4th it's fried bread stick which is one of the popular dishes in Asia.

菜單翻譯一下：

1. 螃蟹麵單品（螃蟹、蝦子、魚漿三選一）

2. 豬腳麵單品

3. 特別麵（哪裡特別？！就是，通通都有啦）

就是多種願望一次滿足的意思啦～

重點來了來來來再猜猜總匯價差多少？

7 塊台幣呀～

才差7塊台幣激動呀這年頭哪有這麼良心的店家呀～

然後第4項是什麼呢？Quay? 別懷疑發音就是ㄍㄨㄟˊ

那是什麼？廣東話叫做油炸鬼～普通話就是油條

這個Quay發音起來就是油炸鬼的鬼是不是很好記呀～

將將將特別麵登場，豬腳是乾淨拔過豬毛的

還有魚板、蝦子、螃蟹肉 + 粗麵條

搭配這湯頭～～～真的很不錯！ C/P值破表～

咱濱歷也有賣螃蟹粉但是都沒這個好吃呀～

Special noodle with everything together.

The pork leg is shaved already.

So it will not feels like eating a hairy pig.

Crab soup taste like a south east cuisine.

I'll definitely miss that flavor.

吃飽喝足繼續前往大叻，又開了三小時也總算到了酒店

是家別墅與飯店的複合式酒店

服務人員非常的親切，飯店經理直接從櫃檯走出來，到大門口先詢問我們是否住別墅

如果住別墅的話，可以直接開到別墅門口去check-in

這次算是半窮遊，所以也就沒有訂別墅的房型了，直接前往櫃檯check-in入住酒店

不過如果家庭旅遊的話推薦大家可以訂別墅的房型喔

兩房一廳到三房兩廳的房型都有

It took us another 3 hours from Bao Luc to Da Lat.

Finally arrive hotel Terracotta.

The hotel is combine with Villa and Deluxe room type.

The hotel manager is very friendly and shows the hospitality.

Giving us a warm welcome and ask if we would like to check-in at the Villa.

(Sorry I didn't carry that much Benjamin today... if I would, I'll say yeah!!!)

So stop dreaming... I walk straight to the counter and check-in.

------Complaint about AGODA------

By the way... if you are a frequent traveler... just a friendly reminder.

Do NOT book through AGODA! I've encounter several issues already.

And none these issue been solved by Agoda side... They have no ability to solve the problems...

However, all the hotels we've encounter are really friendly and willing to provide help.

Just Agoda itself always looking for excuse and cannot solve the issues...

It's the third time I have issues with the Agoda through the past 10 months...

Therefore, I will stop using this website... and go back to other websites that is more capable and stable on the booking system.

The resort include a full package for holidays.

Places for camping activities, strawberry and veggie farms, place to walk beside the lake shore, trees mountains, spa gyms and even karaoke.

房間內貌乾淨舒適景色優美

有面對湖面的房型，但是因為我們太晚check-in所以分到了面對山巒的房型

外面是松樹特別的美

請忽略我忙碌的朋友一路上6小時都在講公事的電話接線生～

The room is clean and very nice.

They have the room type facing the lake view.

However, due to late arrival we've been assign to a room facing the mountain which is also very nice.

(Though I still want my lake view...)

松樹看出去很美窗戶打開可以感受到山上美妙的空氣還有蟲鳴鳥叫的天籟

如果說這趟旅程我最最快樂的事，就是住了這間飯店

完完整整的放鬆

Facing the pine tree is also good.

There's no A/C in the room.

Opening up the window enjoy the fresh air.

The sound of mountain ( music ).

Dalat is really a nice place making me felt like back to Scotland the Lake district.

這年頭浴室都流行設計一個大大落地窗耶，

是怎樣來開房間就要有這種氣氛嗎？

不過講真的，如果以後有機會裝潢的話

如果風景好氣氛佳，可以考慮讓洗手間也這樣設計

不過自從電視上報出來5星的酒店清潔SOP後

我也不太敢使用飯店浴巾跟浴缸了

Modern fashion design hotel is having a glass window at the bathroom.

So if you are hurry to the toilet...

Better remember to release the curtain.

However having a great view while bathing is definitely a plus for the hotel.

Restaurant seat... feels like...in the factory canteen...

約是NTD 840 (最近匯率是1:780呀！台幣真的漲很多)
其實晚餐本身不貴，兩人份大概是400上下，
剩下多出來貴的是那兩塊蛋糕+三球冰淇淋以及另外加點的兩杯影料

Actually as 2 pax dining in hotel. I think the cost is quite reasonable.
We've ordered extra cakes, ice creams and drinks.

So I do enjoy having dinner here.
Nice atmosphere and can still have a walk besides the lake.
How ROMANTIC!!!
(Ok ok I have to admit ... I am not a big fan of that much veggies... so we went to night market for a walk...)
