[Taipei] Le Méridien Taipei 寒舍艾美 ⭐️⭐️

本次休假來到了艾美寒舍Le Méridien Taipei，新年大年初一跟著發財的小學同學吃香喝辣去，
阿姨們慶祝著30週年的喜慶，我們則低調慶祝著第16個一起過的春節。

So after 1st day of Lunar New Year we called TET holiday in Vietnam. I took holiday back to taipei for a week. Just like regular new year holidays. We spent time with our friends and families.

This year ManNing decided to toast with friends to celebrate our 16th new year holiday together. After several years out of schools, we found the treasure of friendship. True friendship, I mean.
So good to have friends together sharing and celebrating.

There are hard times these days in southern Taiwan. We hope everything will get over soon. And we will try to help if there's needed. Finger cross for the family and Taiwan our beloved Country.

As my friend said, since I start growing out of shape. I should and can only go with Salad here in Le Méridien Taipei. But hey although these are vegetables they still look colorful and delicious.

I have to admit. The dessert here is irresistable.

I didn't try here in the Japanese Tempura Zone. One of the reason is we have a lot in Vietnam. Second. ManNing is already full after the Salad and... desserts...

Seafood here is not so attractive comparing to Vietnam or other nice buffet restaurant in Taipei. It is fresh but comparing to the series and variable selections this is not what ManNing is looking for.

They said the steak and pork leg taste good. And yeah for me I prefer the meat from Australia than America. As the import and export law between Taiwan and US is unfair. These steak are not within acceptable regulation in US, and that is why they export to Taiwan... Political issues here kills several unknown life ongoing and will keep on growing...

 Well the veggies here are good and some warm up cuisine taste ok, but not delicate.

The king crab soup, however, taste great.  Worth trying if you got enough room for a bowl of miso king crab soup.

Some more delicious cake. I have to admit only the dessert, is sth I will accept for the high value cost. Rest cuisine for me is very very disappointed. But cakes, donuts,  and putins are unbelievable tasty.

 

 Special can of Perrier found. So I try to fresh up my stomach with Vietnamese special soft drinks. Soda Gian, which means Lime soda.

I won't recommend Le Méridien Taipei very much if you have other choice here in Taipei. But if you love sweets, then maybe this will be a nice place to catch up with friends as they are situated in the city center and also with great and sunny decoration with a clear view. The restaurant have separate room for dining if you book your seats earlier.
